Plenty of parking. Room super clean. Staff was excellent. Only negative was shower was out of soap but plenty conditioning hampoo. Good clean towels. Left before breakfast (6am breakfast start is excellent ). Reasonable rate and ultra clean room. Overall, as close to 5 stars as you can get without being 5 stars.

The room was clean but the parking lot was an absolute mess! Construction debris was all over the place and made the place look very sketchy. The hotel is also right next to a train yard and you heard the trains all night long. Room walls are also very thin which resulted in hearing lots of different noises throughout the night.

The hotel double booked my stay and i had a security officer jiggling the door handle at 1 am while i was sleeping. I had an early work meeting so i did not appreciate this. The room was dirty and had shaving cream all over the sink. Only plus was front desk staff was friendly.

The receptionist was nice and quick with getting me checked in. Unfortunately I checked right back out quickly, the first red flag was my hotel room door was. The cleanliness of the room was not good beds were made, but sheets had stains. The hotel is renovating so there is dust and dirt in the halls and rooms. The hotel could do better with hiding there renovation work. Since the room doors are open you see all of the trash, paint boards and drapes inside and rights outside of the hotel rooms.

Where do I begin? The place is not “remodeled” it’s in a very unsafe scary area. There is trash and broken items all over the outdoor and the parking area. The outdoor entrances weren’t locking so anyone could just walk in. There was a disgusting stained mattress and broken tiles to meet us as we walked in the door. A scary man was just walking around the property going in the doors. The parking lot was littered with broken glass and trash. I thought our tires were going to go flat due to the building supplies all over. The room was repainted and had new furniture, but seemed very sketchy and cheaply done. There were odd wiring and plumbing fixtures that seemed to be gross and dangerous.

Everything about my stay was perfect but there's two negative things. 1. The smell outside due to the plant nearby but who's having a picnic outside? 2. The train pasting by but the North side of KC is a industry place. Again I think you only hear it if you're outside at night. I didn't notice it when I was inside. The bed was soft and; big, service was great Danielle was friendly, my California Indian guy (didn't catch your name sorry) helpful and; I hope you the best in KC bro, the black girl of 3rd shift was fun love your personality and the Mexican girl I met on my first night was very chill. There's real promise here. There's a tight security unit (it's not a bad area in my opinion because I could walk to the McDonald's down the street no problem), this is perfect little area for a short or long-term visit. If anything I tell you don't go to the waffle house down the street service sucks and you got a way outside. Plus if you ask me the food is mid. I recommend going to Hawaiian Bros or Tays or get it delivered. I didn't personally see a do not disturb for the doors.. the maid stuff we're making known that it's time for them to come by. Right at the moment they are going through a remodel but in the I was in it was quiet. The area is very secure. Definitely don't have to worry about anybody just lingering around or anything weird. There is a pool for the "summer".
