When I arrived at the property, I was told that they never received my reservation instead they offered me to pay out-of-pocket to stay for 20 days at a cost of 30,000 pesos that need to be paid upfront. Still never received refund back but I spoke with Expedia claim that the merchant did receive the funds, but the merchant on other hand kept saying they never received a deposit for the reservation and I paid out-of-pocket cost and have three receipts to prove that I paid out-of-pocket started off with a decent room. The second part moved out a room into another room perhaps without even a mattress Trash left underneath the sink pour service and the total end would not recommend this type of stay.
