Sadly---I have never had a hotel that was harder to actually find the reception of the place coupled with a rude employee who was not understanding at all. I now know that the check-in for this hotel is actually at another hotel that is located behind it. After a very long journey, the last thing you want is a hassle getting checked-in, this one was so frustrating. I literally turn in to where the entrance to the hotel is at, turns out that was a bar, but I then see a sliding door that said to the hotel, so I go there, but that door was locked. The employee at he bar was rather rude and wasn't understanding, she said to go next door. So I did and went to the door with the doormat that said reception. Couldn't get that one to open, so I went back and then she said it was behind us. Struggled to find it, all the while hauling my luggage--finally found it and got to my room. The hotel needs to 1000% make this process easier and much more clear. How you check-in to a hotel sets the tone for the visit, and this place failed!
