Von außen und im Hausflur bekommt man erstmal einen kleinen Schreck, weil es sehr heruntergekommen wirkt. Die Wohnung selbst aber ist in Ordnung. Der Checkin hat gut geklappt und Wohnung war sauber. Hervorragend ist die Lage direkt am Prater und nicht weit entfernt von der U-Bahn. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind nah. Bett war bequem :) Abzüge, warum es trotzdem nur 3 Sterne gibt: die Einrichtung ist doch sehr minimalistisch; kein Bild, keine Deko, kein Nachttisch, Lichtschalter nur am anderen Ende des Zimmers. Handtücher haben gefehlt, WLAN-Passwort war falsch, konnte aber am Router selbst geregelt werden. Handyempfang hat man in der Kellerwohnung sonst kaum. Leider waren Ameisen im Zimmer. Bettdecke sehr dünn. Sehr positiv war natürlich der Preis: wofür man sonst nur einen Platz in einem 8-Mann-Schlafsaal bekommt, da kriegt man hier ein großes Appartement mit eigener Küche und Bad – das ist top! Vor allem in der Lage. Und wer so low-budget bucht, muss eben auch damit rechnen, low-budget zu bekommen. Daher voll in Ordnung und für den Preis empfehlenswert.
