I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a misleading listing on Expedia.
The property was advertised as a 3-bedroom apartment. However, upon arrival, it became clear that the unit was originally a 2-bedroom layout, with the master bedroom divided into two smaller rooms. One of these rooms has no window and no air conditioning, making it unsuitable as a proper bedroom. This critical detail was not disclosed in the listing.
This constitutes a material misrepresentation of the accommodation.
In addition, the property imposes inconvenient procedures for guests with folding bicycles, requiring registration each time the bicycle is brought in or out of the unit. This was also not disclosed and significantly affects usability for guests traveling with bicycles. Security staffs were very unprofessional and handling rudely
Given these discrepancies between the advertised and actual conditions, I request Expedia to investigate this listing and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and misleading information.
