Great location for Madrid sightseeing everything walkable. Complex access instructions - 3 doors to negotiate and instructions that lose something in the translation. No WiFi but prompt responses to any queries from customer service via WhatsApp.

Near everything . Great location . The room was what it needed to be for 2 people. If you stay in the summer I saw no AC just a fan. The blankets were stained but you can tell they were washed, but bleach stains. The walls were so dirty, like greasy hands all over . Needs to be cleaned or painted over . I had to reach out a few times for check in since I didn’t receive any instructions but then then after a few times the link was sent and it was smooth .

We arrived to find out there is no hot water, the next day in the morning it was fixed so we could shower but when we returned was the same no hot water. When I called to get assistance the guy who picked up the phone was not professional at all he sounded like bothered by me. A/C was not working and it was very hot in the room, to the A/C we sent a message but they never responded. As a plus the place is located very centrally, you have many places walking distance.

What I paid for and what I got were 2 different things. I had paid for an apartment but what I had was far different. The “apartment” had a double bed with no frame, no couch, no comfortable chair, a small dining table with 2 plastic chairs, a microwave and coffee maker and small fridge-no oven, no pans, no iron. It did have a bathroom. I ended up going to a hotel but I was still charged full price even though I left the key the first day and told them I was leaving. This place is not recommended! DK OH

El lugar es muy cerca de todo, de gran vía, puerta del sol, ópera, todo lo hicimos caminando. La zona es segura, la habitación súper fresca , con vista a la calle, la cama muy cómoda hemos descansado muy bien, en todo momento el anfitrión respondía mis dudas y preguntas, está bien equipada con todo lo necesario. El precio súper bien. Volvería a quedarme ahí.
