Yes, except maybe not as super knowledgeable since I was charged for the night that I paid on hotels.com as well. So i've been double charged.I reached out to them for a refund and they refunded, and then took the payment again.And I haven't heard since, but it's been well over a month and I can't seem to get this refund processed.
