The room was excellently located and a very good price. It was spotless and the staff were friendly. I arrived after hours and was given good instructions for accessing the keys and room. There is a cheap restaurant breakfast you can purchase while staying. I’d stay again.

The room was really nice-clean, spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Conditioner worked fine. I even got an upgrade, so this was a nice touch. There was a good communication from the property as well, they informed about check-in and check-out process. Staff is not present at all times, but are available nearby, you just have to call. When I couldn’t figure out how to open an entrance door, check-in lady showed up within 5 minutes and assisted. The only downside of the stay was a constant noise. There’s a construction during the day in front of the property (to be fair, they informed about it in advance, and it’s completely out of their hands), and a loud restaurant on the street at night (like really loud). I had earplugs so was able to sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper as myself, you have to be prepared. Overall-great location, great facilities, fairly priced.

Όλοι οι χώροι στο κατάλυμα Deluxe Center Suites ήταν πεντακάθαροι και συντηρούνταν έτσι σε όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου. Ακριβώς το επίπεδο καθαριότητας που αναζητώ πάντα,αλλά σπάνια βρίσκω. Η Μόνικα φρόντιζε για αυτό, πάντα παρούσα, ευγενική, με χαμόγελο και τόσο αποτελεσματική. Οι κύριες στην υποδοχή ήταν επίσης ευγενέστατες, πρόθυμες να εξυπηρετήσουν. Η τοποθεσία επίσης ήταν εξαιρετική, μέσα στην παλιά πόλη, προσφέροντας εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στην αγορά, σε καφέ, εστιατόρια και πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Αν πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να αναφέρω και κάτι αρνητικό, θα έλεγα ότι όποιος έχει αυτοκίνητο θα δυσκολευτεί με τη στάθμευση, αλλά στο σημείο που βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα πραγματικά δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο

Logement très bien situé. Facile à trouver. Des places de parking gratuites autour du logement. Le personnel est joignable rapidement, par messages, appels et également sur place. La chambre est bien isolée du bruit extérieur, malgré le fait que nous soyons en plein centre, dans une rue piétonne très fréquentée le soir, pas de dérangement. Balcon très sympa et pratique pour faire sécher rapidement les affaires. Un mini frigo à disposition dans la chambre vraiment très utile. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours par le personnel. Une dame vraiment très agréable et professionnelle. Par contre la personne qui la remplace une fois par semaine sur son jour de repos, toque et entre dans la chambre, nous réveillant malgré le panneau "ne pas deranger" mis sur la poignée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et n'hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain passage en Crete!

Fint og rent rom. Litt lite. Uheldig med støy fra nærliggende bygningsarbeid. Dette var informert om kort stund før ankomst -som betydde at det ikke var mulig å bytte bosted. Det var spesielt bråkete tidlig på morningen.

Flotte rom med elegant design og høy kvalitet på materialene. TV-en var vanskelig å få til å virke, to forskjellige systemer som måtte fungere på hver sin måte. Personalet var vennlige og serviceminded. Noen småting å sette fingeren på: trappa opp til tredje etasje er noe shabby, toalettsetet er løst, batteriene til TV-fjernkontroll er tomme. Alt i alt et utmerket sted å bo. Kan anbefales.
