The hotel was very clean and modern. It’s a basic hotel with a basic breakfast. But the parking is free and plentiful and the staff was lovely. Nice for a couple of days stay

This is a recent and well-designed addition to Hilton's Spark group, which is described as "premium economy." Room was generous size and very comfortable; large bathroom; continental breakfast included in the room rate and coffee and tea available any time. Everything about this place was simple and well-thought out so excellent value for the price.

Room was very clean and so was the premises. We didn’t take advantage of the amenities but I would definitely re-book.

Where was super clean and comfortable – we arrived late at night and I had two rooms booked on two different floors – one TV on the second floor level did not work and the front desk staff was unable to help with that – otherwise our stay was better than expected. We would return!

The thing a like the most about my stay in hotels is the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere and this hotel has both plus is near a lot of malls and restaurants.

We stayed for 1 night and the room was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little weak. Hard boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, juice and yogurt. It was enough to get us on the road.

Great for a one night stay. Room was mostly clean with only a few small things that I noticed. The hotel is surrounded by shopping centers and car dealerships. So there is not much to look at but plenty of restaurants to choose from. Great price and great staff.

8/10 Very good

It was a clean room and very convenient. There was road noise being right next to Route 9. Also, we had loud neighbors across the hall. The staff texted each day to see how our stay was going. I let them know about the late night noise and never got a response. I would stay here again though.

10/10 Exceptional

I had a great stay at Spark by Hilton Northborough. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Everything felt well-maintained, making it a great value for the price. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. It was good, but having a few more breakfast options would make the experience even better. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.
