Overall, I would say this hotel has both strengths and weaknesses. The location is excellent. It is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and all the essential services you may need. However, it is not within walking distance of the beach, so having a car is highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Ibrahim, who was very professional and always willing to assist. That said, I would not recommend this hotel for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. There is no elevator, and reaching the rooms requires going down stairs, walking, and then climbing more stairs. If your room is on the first or second floor, it can be quite tiring, especially when carrying luggage. The breakfast buffet was acceptable but quite basic. Considering the high prices charged during the peak season, I honestly expected a much better variety and overall quality. The biggest disappointment was the room itself. It was extremely small—far too small for two people traveling with large suitcases. There was very little space to move around, and the ceiling was also quite low, which made the room feel even more cramped. Overall, the hotel is suitable if your priorities are location and friendly staff, but in my opinion, the room size, accessibility, and breakfast do not justify the high seasonal rates. Also soooo and super loud music near so you can’t sleep till 4 am

Yepyeni bir otel fakat otellerde olmaması gereken bazı mimari hatalar var mesela restoranda otururken normalde yemeklerin arka kısımdan girip çıkması gerekir, yemek yiyen insanların yanlarından tavayla yemek taşımak uygunsuz. Odamızda yerler çok pisti çalışanlara söyledik temizliği güzelce yaptılar teşekkür ediyorum. Birde otele girişte çalışan eksikliğinden dolayı kimse yardımcı olamadı valizleri vs. kendimiz taşıdık ve çalışan arkadaş odayı bile gösteremeden gitmek zorunda kaldı.

Mercan Exclusive Otel'de 3 gece konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Otel yeni olduğu için odalar çok temiz, ferah ve modern bir tasarıma sahipti. Dekorasyonunu çok beğendik, kendimizi oldukça rahat hissettik. Konumu da çok güzeldi; hem Ölüdeniz'e hem de çevredeki diğer noktalara ulaşım açısından oldukça avantajlıydı. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Fiyatına göre sunduğu hizmet kesinlikle beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Özellikle Emre Bey'e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Güler yüzü, ilgisi ve yardımseverliği sayesinde tatilimiz çok daha keyifli geçti. Sadece otelle ilgili konularda değil, çevrede gezilecek yerler, aktiviteler ve restoran önerileri konusunda da bize çok yardımcı oldu. Misafirleriyle gerçekten içten bir şekilde ilgileniyor. Konaklamamız boyunca tüm isteklerimizle yakından ilgilenildi ve her konuda yardımcı olundu. Ayrıca odalar oldukça sessizdi, diğer odalardan neredeyse hiç ses gelmiyordu. Bu da dinlenmek isteyenler için büyük bir artı. Temizliği, konforu, güler yüzlü çalışanları ve fiyat-performansıyla kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel. 3 kız arkadaş olarak oldukça rahat ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. İki odalı ve iki banyolu olması bizim için büyük bir avantajdı. Konum olarak da oldukça iyi bir noktada. Odamız tam temizlenmemişti ama genel olarak rahattı. Geliştirilmesini istediğim iki konu ise odalara her gün ücretsiz su bırakılması ve günlük oda temizliği yapılması. Bunlar da eklenirse kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel olur.

Asansor falan yok, cikista bavulunuzu kendiniz indiriyorsunuz ve cikistaki merdivenlerden cikarmak zorunda kaliyorsunuz. Otelin bulundugu bolge asiri sesli, gurultu aksamustu basliyor ve tum gece devam ediyor. Calisanlar kibar degil, kahvaltisi vasat.
