O checkin foi terrível, chegamos em Porto Alegre às 23:30 e chegamos no local de hospedagem às 23:55hs, daí em diante foi só terror. O local que constava no Voucher da Hotéis.com, não tinha nada indicando que era ali, pensávamos que era um hotel e a nossa surpresa é que não era e sim um tipo de aluguel por temporada. O porteiro perguntou qual era o número do quarto e não entendemos nada, e ele dizia que tinha que ter o número do quarto, o código da reserva e o pin, para fazer o recolhimento facial para ter acesso ao prédio! Depois de muita conversa e já eram mais de 1hs da manhã, já tinha tentado falar na hotéis.com, mas só falava com atendente virtual! O porteiro conseguiu falar com alguém da my way e aí ele localizou a reserva e passou o tal do número do apartamento, o número da reserva (que não tem nada haver com o número da hotéis.com) e o pin! Quando entramos no quarto já eram mais de 2hs da manhã, estava cansada, estressada, com sede e não tinha uma garrafa de água como cortesia para o hóspede. Foi horrível o início. Vocês tem que orientar melhor os hóspedes. A informação da hotéis só chegou no meu e-mail a 1:30 da manhã, o que deveria ter chegado antes essas informações. Foi nossa pior experiência.
