Check in is super easy, the code is very convenient as I am someone who loses things a lot. The room itself was amazing! So clean and tidy, amazing shower and water pressure. The kitchenette in my room was perfect for saving money with food. I have taken off a star for the location. It felt incredibly unsafe in that area, and sometimes the code didn’t work on the gate and I had to get a new one

The kitchen and appliances were excellent, the bathroom was modern and spotless and the bed was comfy. The room was different to the one I booked (according to the photos), but it was clean. The space was small and the bed was in the loft space so the ceiling was very low. There was a small heater downstairs, but the space was pretty cold. There was a big TV in the kitchen space, but no where comfy to sit unlike the room I thought I had booked. Aside from this, it was good value, clean, convenient, and close to shops, buses and a station.

The room was lovely. However there was not heating and the room was cold. No milk portions for tea or coffee either. I never pick fault but heat and being able to make a coffee/tea with milk is a basic offering I would have thought!

The AC was broken ie the back came off when I moved it aside. The bathroom had the water pipe broken for the shower. Other than that very good for the price! Area was fine although some area was rough with homeless people. Other than that I was satisfied.

I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It also stated there were tea/coffee making facilities but no English breakfast tea and no milk or powdered milk. The room would also be benefit from a small fridge. The TV channels were also a little hap hazard and would benefit from being simplified. We were worried that being above the pub at the weekend it would be noisy and whilst you could hear it a little it didn’t disturb my mum that much. Check in was remote where you needed to upload your passport and selfie which is great if you are tech savvy, struggled a little with my 89 year old mum We would definitely stay there again

We asked for an earlier check-in as we were going to a wedding. When we arrived at 2 pm we couldn't get in, nor could we find out if check in was going to be imminent so we had to leave & get changed in the church carpark & check in the early hours of the following morning. I mistakenly thought the red brick building shown in the photo was the hotel but it isn't - the Lime rooms are situated in an area behind this building through a coded gate and its literally a complete building site. You cannot check in or gain access until they send you your code. I wouldn't use them again as for us we had a timed event and you just can't plan around 'your request for an earlier check in has been noted' We had 3 rooms, all were different in design and level of cleanliness. Nothing awful ...if you don't mind the odd hair & shabby paintwork in places, but that was the worst of it. The other 2 rooms were fine. Parking is available in nearby residential roads, but setting folk & luggage down & picking them up at this venue is awkward.
