Cheap and cheerful base but outdated
There was no air con in the hotel or if there was it didn’t work so it was stiflingly hot with what felt like no air until you where outside.
The rooms are quite run down with chipped tiles, sofa worn in places and the surfaces had some kind of dust on them in the room.
The food was always cold and very repetitive.
Hotel is closer to Torrequbrada than Benalmádena so a big walk to restaurants and bars

Breakfast was cold by 9 am. I booked in on Thursday and Room cleaning was not carried out until Sunday(now it stated that room cleaning would be done every second day).
This lady who called on Sunday was excellent and did a very good job.
The apartment did not have a kettle, toaster, cups, and a few plates were provided. If one did want to be self sufficient and use the apartment for eating this could prove very difficult with the cutlery, plates and pots.
I would not recommend this Hotel because they overcharged me for my stay by almost €200. I received no satisfaction when I raised the issue and they would not concede and did not reduce my Hotel price. They said that the price is the price and that was that!

Habitacion limpia, pero con olor un poco peculiar a viejo y cerrado, creo que le sobran estrellas, pero eso no quiere decir que sea malo, el buffet solo nos ha gustado el ultimo dia de nuestra estancia que habia bastante variedad, los demas dias era repetitivo y poca variedad, por lo demas bien, yo le daria a este hotel 3 estrellas sobre 5

No me gustó prácticamente nada. El chiringuito de la piscina tenía gomas, fixos y otros objetos dentro de las copas. La cerveza caliente. El desayuno muy malo el café era agua sucia, la pan insulso y aireoso,
El chico de la entrada no encontraba mi reserva ni del resto de mi grupo. Nos llevo un rato hasta que eio con ellas. La habitación estuvo lista a las 15.40
Las almohadas muy muy blandas y. bajitas
El hotel en si era un laberinto poco accesible para personas con reducida movilidad

Hotellet är otroligt dåligt. Rummet är mycket gammalt, med noll städning och usla tjänster. Dessutom kostar parkeringen 15 euro per dag, och för att komma in eller ut från parkeringen måste man ringa kundtjänst. Om de är upptagna i ett annat samtal måste man försöka om och om igen tills någon svarar. Därtill finns det ständig oljud, luftkonditioneringen är svag och vattentrycket i duschen är dåligt.

De verdad que encantada, vinimos 5 dias y la atención de los chicos inmejorables. Te guardan el equipaje y puedes seguir disfrutando de las instalaciones aunque hagas el checkOut. De verdad que muy buena la experiencia. Sin duda yo la repetiría

El alojamiento está bien, pero como no habían pasado a limpiar la habitación, les pedimos toallas limpias, y nos las pusieron el quinto día.
El buffet es pequeño, para el desayuno está bien, pero para cenar, la comida es muy repetitiva.
Lo demás, el personal muy amable, tanto los chicos de recepción, como las chicas de la limpieza.

Desayuno, siempre igual i escaso.
Habitación, muy dejada, sin mantenimiento, tapa wc rota, estante de cristal roto y con restos del vidrio, cocina muy poco equipada y sucia... Estaría un buen rato con la queja.
Piscina, sin socorrista, agua algo turbia, aunque era de lo mejor del hotel, barde la piscina carisino, 15€ por una caña de cerveza y un tinto de verano.
Playa muy cerca, aunque la bajada y la playa subida desde el hotel es empinadisimaj, estando el acceso al ascensor del hotel a ras de calle desde la entrada del parquing, pero no dejaban el acceso.
Para aparcar, imposible y parking del hotel insuficiente.
Si no tienes en cuenta todo eso, la estancia ha estado aceptable.
