The space itself is very nice— beautifully decorated and smells wonderful. Clean and organized— I was just annoyed at having to ask the doorman to let me in every time— and didn’t use the pool as I didn’t know I could— not very clear from the host. They use an automated version to communicate so you never see or speak to anyone, not sure how useful that is. The bathroom was large, however, the shower clogs easily— you need to shower quick otherwise the water will flow all over the floor— the hot water takes a while to get hot. The AC, even though I selected the COLD function didn’t seem to be working and all I had was air/dan blowing into the rooms— it got quite hot and you can’t really open the windows as the airport is right there and the noise is very loud— even closing the windows you can still hear the planes coming and going. Overall is was a nice and positive experience but these issues should be addressed for future guests staying at the space. Thanks!

Escolhi este hotel por ser mais conveniente para um evento que fomos, porém não achei que valeu o custo x beneficio. Tive uma experiência ruim com um edredom sujo, que foi trocado após reclamação. O espaço do quarto é mal distribuído, sendo o banheiro enorme, mas sem muitos ganchos ou prateleiras e o restante do apto bem pequeno. O sofá cama onde minha filha dormiu é bem duro. Tem cafeteira no apto, mas não tem sachês de adoçante ou açúcar. O pior de tudo é ter que fazer o check out 11h e não ter um maleiro para deixar as bagagens. Já fiquei em outras unidades Charlie bem melhores.

Apartamento equipado conforme as fotos, tudo perfeito, porém check-in precisa de atenção antecipada, cheguei e não tinha recebido por um meio de rápido acesso a msg que precisava mandar os documentos antecipado para check-in e que precisava antes mandar tudo antecipado se não ficaria na rua, poderia mandar por WhatsApp por exemplo pois ficaria mais fácil de visualizar, resumindo cheguei e fiquei na rua na chuva com as malas até conseguir mandar tudo por aplicativo, documentos e selfie até liberar, resumindo 30min de chuva. Mas no fim tudo perfeito, e superou o incômodo.

Tudo nesse apartamento é perfeito. Bem decorado, limpo, móveis planejados. Possui ar condicionado nos 3 cômodos. O fato de ter 2 quartos independentes traz privacidade os hóspedes. O check in e a comunicação com os anfitriões é ágil e totalmente digital, o que facilita muito e torna todo o processo tranquilo e seguro. O prédio é lindo, novo e muito bem localizado. Única coisa que senti falta durante a minha estadia foi sacos de lixo extras, visto que haviam somente os sacos já em uso e, embora muito bem equipada, optamos por somente pedir comida e comer fora (gerando assim bastante lixo)
