First of all, the worst part: bed linens and pillows had stains, hair from other guests and didn't smell like they were clean, gross. The apartment is dark, with bad ventilation and lots of basic kitchen utensils could have been provided like paper towels, a dry cloth, better knifes... The portable air conditioner was leaking water through the floor when we moved it to the room, probably the container was too full. The only two good things were self check-in process, which was good and easy, no complains on that, and the location which is pretty good, close to many stores, U-Bahn, etc. Honestly, I'd not recommend it to anyone I know. It needs severe improvements, but it has potential.

I was locked out of my room late at night. I went out to a club and when I got back to the room the outer door was locked with a bolt and the code did not work. I tried to contact the owner but it went straight to voicemail. I messaged through hotels.com and when I got a response they said to call them for faster response, even though I called initially the first time. I had to go to the nearby metro station to get out of the cold wind while I waited for someone to open the outside downstairs door that was bolted shut. I would NEVER stay here again. There were 4 different door codes to get into the room. The outermost door was seemingly open all day which is why I did not know the door code they provided didn't work until 4am when it was all locked. Even if it did work it was bolted shut so I wouldn't have been able to get in even if it did work. There was also no hot water maker in the room as the listing mentioned. Worst place I've ever stayed at. Don't stay here if you ever plan on going out late.

Not a Hotel Room

The place wasn't even a hotel room but a small studio apartment that was rented out and not yet done with renovations. The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. The boiler, about 8-10 feet from the ground needed to be rebooted to provide hot water. No one did that, so we only has cold water for showering. There was barely any soap provided for bathing. One of the towels provided to us had stains on it. There were no sheets for the pullout couch, and the blankets were stuffed into drawers that were too small to store them. We had one small fan to cool 2 rooms and you couldn't open the windows because they opened towards a narrow, musty, and dank space, and grimy wall. To top it off, we couldn't contact the property manager or anyone for that matter because there was no internet service.

TV funktioniert nicht , sehr schlechtes WiFi, kein Personal im Haus, 4 verschiedene check in Codes wobei Hauseingangstür und Stiegentür sich nur sehr schwer öffnen lassen. Sehr laut! Morgens um 6.00 Uhr a. m. beginnen sehr laute Bau und Renovierungsarbeiten, so daß an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken is
