Truly a step above every other hotel we have ever been to. The building itself is a marvel, found myself just hanging out looking at all the nooks and antiques they had displayed. Pool was exquisite overlooking Winnisquam. Hot tubs both very hot and very clean. The whole place was class. Dinner was amazing, sea bass and I had the ribeye. Perfection. A perfect night away from the kids.

Absolutely stunning property! The only small hiccups were that there wasn’t someone actually stationed at the front desk at all times. Anytime I passed or went up to it, they were doing other things (work related like down at the door or elevator) that took them away from it. So I would stand around looking like hello anyone here? I know this is their first summer open, we went to the pool and at around 4pm is when they finally staffed it for drinks and food. I think for the summer time, there should always be someone staffed regardless if it’s a weekend or not. Everything was very clean, very quiet and more adults around than kids.

The Lake Estate was nothing short of amazing. Arron and Arista at the front desk were extremely welcoming, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Never once did we walk by the lobby without them saying hello or offering anything to make the stay better and taking photos for us. Told us all about the resort. Cannot say enough things about Jackie at the spa. She’s the best! For a private hotel opening so recently of that size… it was well worth it and we will be going back multiple times a year.

My initial reaction when pulling up to the estate was "Wow!" It is a beautiful resort. Scenic views of the lake, courteous front desk employees, and an overall positive ambiance. Upon entering our room, we soon realized our fridge was warm. The interior of the mini fridge was warmer than the room itself. The TV had some technical issues as well and we were unable to access the settings to fix the problem. As the night went on, we attempted to access the hotel bar for a nightcap and were quickly shooed away by restaurant staff. Being told it was "full" yet there were only 3 people seated at at least a dozen

Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. The prices right now the prices are generally including the resort fee are somewhere close to $300 a night which is you know. Not dirt cheap but not ridiculous either, especially for this kind of quality. In the summertime, obviously things will be much more expensive. At that point they're closer to 600 plus including the $45 resort fee, which is not a bad resort for you. Like about Washington. It's considerably more than that and the rooms unless you're in the new Wing are nowhere near as opulent. One of the things that I do like is that the people staying there it seem to be dressing a little nicer. I mean I get a little bit sick and tired of seeing like cheesy shorts and stuff like that at places like them out. Washington I mean hey look we're not on a Carnival Cruise we're at a classic hotel. The staff is so friendly without being over the top. Some places you know you can see where you know it's kind of fake. Definitely not here. It's genuine concern for how much you're enjoying yourself at the resort I mean, generally the prices are the best in the

Lovely and very well done. Restaurants need various menu updates. They are all the same which is fine for a short stay, but variety would be better for a longer stay.
