初めてこの系列ホテルを利用しました。ダイヤルキーで開錠しますが、鍵を閉じ込めたり無くすリスクがなく良かったです。反対に番号を忘れないようにするのが初めて故に自分には慣れないものでした。大浴場がありますが、それほど大きくないので部屋のテレビで混雑状況が見れるものの、常に若干の混雑がある状況でした。見落としが無ければ、部屋のタオルを大浴場で使用すると部屋で手を拭いたりするためのタオルが無くなります

設備は新しく、綺麗で機能的。だが、運営システムが全く不備。運営側のコストダウン優先。エコ、SDG’sを標榜しながら、ペットボトル、アルミ缶の分別すらしていない。部屋のトラッシュボックスは、燃える／燃えないごみの区別だけ。資源に再利用できるぺット、プラ、缶などはどう分別するのか？朝食、見掛け倒し。焼きたてパンと言いながら、バターもなし。塩、胡椒がないのには驚きを通り越して情けない。ただ、スタッフの個々人はとても親切でホスピタリティ充分、中身空っぽのクセにかろうじて、各スタッフの力量に頼って何とか運営しているだけ。同等のビジネスホテルチェーンに比べて、お粗末です。
