We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and it’s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally you’d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered breakfast to our door every morning which is a nice treat before adventures. I personally would only get a suite room here for the extreme value and experience. It’s spacious and clean. The beds are extremely firm, though, so beware if that’s not your preference. All in all, we will stay here again. As long as you’re okay with Ubers and being away from a lot of big locations (Legoland, etc).

The hotel itself was pretty amazing (once you find the entrance), with massive clean rooms and good food, with hot spring water directly in the rooms. The thing to understand is that it is in the middle of nowhere (industrial area), with no restaurants around it. It is also a 15-20 min walk from the station and then 20 mins to Nagoya. Or alternatively a taxi for about 9,000-11,000 Yen. Best way is a taxi (GO app) to the station, then train to Nagoya for relative ease and not too expensive. Also, if there is an English version of the TV-Screen ordering system for room service, we couldn’t find it. Quite extensive menu though and we worked it out mainly by picture but hard if you are picky as you don’t quite know what’s coming sometimes. That said, the food was much better than expected. We used it as a base for the family (2 kids, 11 & 8), going to Legoland and Ghibli Park and a daytrip to Kyoto. As the room was absolutely huge it gave a great respite from days of walking and for the price it was incredible. Add the taxis and less so but in the end we were pretty blown away with the value for money.

房間非常大，訂房時曾經請求安排114號房，最後都有滿足我請求，一如其他評價，地理位置為處於三重縣愛知縣交界，該地區其實是貨櫃場，週邊真的非常荒蕪，但最近的便利店走路五分鐘應該可以到，大型Aeon mall揸車都要15-20分鐘，自己揸車問題不大。 如評論所講，酒店前身是情趣酒店，剛剛到步我圍繞酒店走了兩個圈都找不到門口，最後在A-4停車位背後，見到一個很細的check in指示，入內後發現其實每個停車位背後的門口都可以內進，check in櫃檯基本上長時間冇人，可能這類酒店的客人大多想盡量少接觸其他人，所以櫃檯旁邊是有check in/check out機的，但櫃檯都可以叫人check in。 雖然說前身是情趣酒店，但現場我見過不少跟我一樣有兒童的家庭，酒店保養其實不錯，或者我的114房間曾經裝修過，酒店網頁都有介紹每個房間設備都有不同，而我114應該都是其中一間最大的房間，除了戶外溫泉，連岩盤浴都有，房內和戶外都有餐桌，但由於私隱所以戶外是密不透風，連上方都有活動式遮陽簷篷，如果可以加裝風扇會好得多，另外溫泉泉水是天然，泉水不能關所以會一直流，因此一定會有水聲。 早餐會check in時提供每日餐單，但選項只有日式和西式，還有就是飲品和送餐時間，都是房內進食，其實是精緻的，特別是日式，但問題是不論西式或日式，所有食物都是不變的，我一共食了四天，四天都是完全一樣的。 需要改進的地方是有，就我本人而言，因為我小朋友當中有幼兒，很多時候食一餐飯已經要換一套衫，所以酒店有房內洗衣機的房型我是會特別加分的，但這酒店好像是全房型都沒有房內洗衣機，只有coin laundry，但問題是全酒店只有一部洗衣機和一部乾衣機，其實是有條件加裝多幾部的，不論房內或coin laundry。
