What a lovely little spot. The staff are lovely and kind. They build the whole thing them Selves. The only downfall was - the kayaks not having a proper storage area so guests just pile them up on the small narrow dock- and the lounge furniture no longer has covering - just the wooden loungers which are not comfortable nor what they show in their pictures. A small detail.… we were in the first cabin - right on the lagoon - so not connected to the others cabins. Which was lovely. Definitely worth it.

The room was clean the floor was super slippery. The staff was friendly and helpful but everything was extra charged. I feel like for the category and location it is super over priced looking back and seeing other accommodations and speaking to people who were also traveling I would definitely not choose this place for a second time especially since every little thing was at extra charge. Next door is a event venue which had the music super loud on Saturday the whole cabana was vibrating. I didn’t realize that the check out was at 11:30 so it took us longer and automatically they wanted to charge 450 mxn per hour. We stayed 4 nights and we were the only guests which was nice so we could have the garden to ourselves. Thank you to the friendly staff but he rules and extra charges are too much.

Nice place with a beautiful location. I loved the hammock and the view. The breakfast you order the night before and they get it from a restaurant in the city. It is really good. I missed having a similar option for lunch, as it is fairly secluded with very limited restaurant options close by. It is a bit outside of the city, so it costs 80-100 pesos with a taxi to go the city. It would have been great to have received information beforehand about the lagoon being rocky, so I could have brought swimming shoes. Also, the stairs for going into the water are really slippery. Would be nice if something could be done about that. Overall, a really nice play. I think I might need a hammock at home…

The hotel “accidentally” charged my card for someone else’s stay in the amount of $600.00, still trying to receive my refund. We had to keep asking and messaging for towels and waters. Our room was not cleaned until after 5 p.m. the hotel is not walking distance from the town area. I did not enjoy this stay and will not book here again

La cabaña muy limpia sin olores raros, único problema la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada! La habitación es pequeña y sirve para lo que es! La vista a la laguna es completa en la que yo pedí hay que subir escaleras por lo que no es recomendable para personas con capacidades diferentes motrices! El personal de lujo siempre atentos, el desayuno incluido es de un restaurante aunque con pocas opciones pero sabroso, no cuentan con comedor pero te pueden traer el desayuno a la habitación o darte un pase a sus restaurantes afiliados; como plus cuentan con kayaks gratuitos y un muelle pequeño pero funcional!
