8/10 Very good

Small room and smelly bathroom, but very modern and great lobby area with free snacks and drinks and good location. Had a room facing the main road but it wasn't noisy and couldn't hear anything from other rooms, which made for a great night's sleep

The staff was amazing, my flight was cancelled and they were so supportive, helping me contact the airline and get sorted. There's also a 7-eleven attached to the property so late night snacks were easily available. Super close to the BTS stations into Bangkok central and to the airport.

Clean room, great view, very helpful staff. We were able to get a return shuttle booked to the airport and they kept our bags while we went out for the day. Wonderful location with quick access to metro and reasonable room rates as well

Clean, friendly, just a little bit noisy if the rooms are on the street side.

There was also a 7-Eleven next door, and the room was clean and spacious, which was very good. The transportation is convenient, and it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and courteous. We loved dealing with Rose and Aaut (Seth). They were very kind.

The hotel was clean and seemed modern. However my room was on the 4th floor by the busy road side and the traffic noise was heard. The location is great though, easy access to the Airport Rail and the MRT.

Brand new hotel (opened in April 2025). As you can expect, sparkling clean. They will ask for a 1000 Baht deposit. This is very much a "business hotel" though, as there are basically no amenities other than a small gym and a 24h reception. Location-wise, there is a 7-Eleven connected to the hotel itself, along with another one and a pharmacy 2 min walk away. MRT and more importantly, ARL was within easy walking distance, even with 2 large suitcases. I suspect the main clientele will be travelers who need a clean quiet hotel located near a ARL station (for easy access to BKK for an early morning or late flight), and for that matter, this new hotel is an excellent choice.

Lovely little hotel, the room was updated and very comfortable. Staff are courteous, and there is a 7-eleven directly connected to the building, no need to step outside. The location isn’t the best, you have to walk quite a bit before getting to any area with things to do, but it’s not too bad overall. Free snacks in the lobby were appreciated.
