The room was lovely and warm, the breakfast, not a buffet, was very contonental but good except that you were only allowed one cup of coffee. There was a kettle in the room but nothing to make tea or coffee but the staff were lovely.

This hotel is great for a city trip to Pristina. It’s in a great location, just a 5- to 10-minute walk to downtown. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to assist with even the smallest details. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the pool was out of use as it was undergoing maintenance. Nevertheless, I would be happy to stay here again should I ever be in the area and need somewhere to stay.

Eleonoras service var riktigt bra. Hotellets information är inte uppdaterad. Hotellet saknar restaurang och bar. Poolen var avstängd. Frukostens nivå var låg, för mig bland den lägsta men trevlig service. Det gick att få en omelett vilket jag upptäckte dag två. Dag tre hittade jag en finstilt text att man kunde få omelett och kaffe. Läget av hotellet är toppen och priset bra. Helt OK tre nätter men tveksamt om jag återkommer
