This is a lovely hotel, let down by the service.
Check in was slow and then we were given a ‘ocean view’ room next to the bar/restaurant so people could see straight into our room and you had to be stood on the balcony to see the ocean.
We managed to change rooms for night 2 and 3 of our stay. We checked out of our room at midday and informed the staff we would be back for 5. When we arrived back, there was still confusion about the room and it took over 10 minutes for something that should have already been sorted.
In general, the staff all seemed to struggle with the most simple of things.
Upon checkout, our bill was over 1400 pesos too much. Everyone should make sure they take pictures of all their receipts and double check the bill when we leave. The issues were duplicating items and an additional tip that were added to the bill.
We also asked for a later checkout (1pm instead of midday), which the staff agreed on the phone and then text us to say they couldn’t. There are no showers available outside the room to use and again this process was needlessly chaotic.
The rooms are nice and the beach is lovely. The loungers are really nice and there’s good music throughout the day creating a nice vibe.

Vi blev opgraderet til master suiten og den var meget rummelig og smagfuldt indrettet.
Superior-værelserne var udemærkede, men der er kun en siddeplads på terrassen hvilket ikke er specielt bekvemt. Hotellets personale er meget imødekommende og vi har følt os set og glade. Der er stadig nogle små justeringer på det nye hotel, men teamet heriblandt Jesus, Jair, Roberto, Irving, Gaby og Maria gør alt hvad de kan og mere til for at få gæsterne til at føle sig velkommen. Stranden er fantastisk og poolen er ligeledes pragtfuld. Lokationen er lidt væk fra byen, men meget afslappende og skøn. Vi tilbragte 10 dage her og kunne ønske vi havde mere tid.

L'hôtel est neuf et propre. Avec un personnel de qualité et très très serviable. Merci beaucoup à Fernando et son équipe 😁. On a toujours une magnifique vue sur la plage que ce soit dans la chambre, le restaurant ou la piscine à renversement sur le toit. La cuisine du restaurant est excellente. Juste le déjeuner compris vallait le prix de la chambre 😉. On retournerais à cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Joya de lugar, la comida súper deli, el rooftop con su alberca Infinitum está espectacular y más aún para ver desde ahí los atardeceres.
Buen spot para desconectarte y relajarte de principio a fin.
Además es pet friendly (eso sí, para perros pequeños).

No tiene habilitado el rooftop, siguen en construcción por tanto hay personal trabajado todo el día, en recepción tienen caos, no cuentan con todos los insumos para alimentos. Los baños de la piscina sin agua. No hay atención en el beach club.
