Good size and decent comfort for the price. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was lovely. Host was nicely responsive via whatsapp when I needed them. Location was great with a mini mart close by and easy Uber to everywhere. Had a couple of issues with quality of towels and bedding, some were old and ripped but host did their best to resolve. Hot water was bizarre, there's a switch outside on the balcony where you need to turn it on and off. Electricity ran out one night too and was a faff to get topped up. If you don't mind the faults it's a decent cheap option.
