Really lovely hotel - the rooms were clean and modern with a nice balcony and sea view, and the staff were genuinely some of the friendliest I’ve come across. You can really feel how they look after you. A bit of a walk from the centre but honestly not a big deal, and being close to the beach more than makes up for it.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. While we had a car, the hotel is only about a 15–20 minute walk from Sarandë’s center, which was convenient. The only area I think could be improved is the breakfast quality. Overall, a great stay and good value!

Was pleasantly surprised when we came to the property. Very clean and modern. Staff is really nice and friendly. There is parking 1 min away for which they give u a parking ticket for display. 2 beach clubs apollon and zero zero is just outside. Main promenade is about 15 min walk. Good restaurants and supermarket is near. Breakfast was good. Small hotel but fit for purpose if you going to spend all your time on the beach.

An amazing hotel to stay at while in Sarandë, and everything is good about this hotel and provides excellent value for money and would highly recommend a stay here. The staff are the loveliest people you will meet, super helpful and very polite and welcoming. The rooms though very small, yet super comfortable and well furnished. Free Parking is provided at a lot merely a 2 minute walk from the hotel. There are a couple of private beaches right outside the hotel, though they are paid yet you get discount for being a guest at Hotel Portanova. Below is the detailed review: Location: The hotel is at the farthest end of Sarandë and is right next to beaches and water. Everything from the city is at a 5 ~ 10 minute drive. The streets are narrow but manageable. Plenty of restaurants and stores/super markets at walking distance. Rooms: The rooms are small yet have all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The mattress and pillows are really comfortable and soft. There is ample open closet space, and a Refrigerator in the room. Both bedsides have power outlets, bedside lamps, and usb c outlets. There is a small flat screen TV in the room. Each room comes with a balcony, would recommend a room with sea view as it’s amazing. Soundproofing is not good as you can hear everything from the hallway but no noise was heard from other rooms. Bathroom: The bathroom is small but everything is modern and works well. The water pressure on 4th Floor was really good. The shower cabin has one side

Fint hotell nära stranden. Allt är modernt och välunderhållt. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Som de flesta moderna boutique hotell går ofta design över funktion, det är t.ex näst intill omöjligt att duscha utan att hela badrummet blir blött eller få plats med något vid handfatet. En duschdörr och någon hylla hade gjort mycket.

Selve hotellet var kjempefint. Beliggenheten er sentral, med kort gangavstand til strender, butikker, treningssenter og restauranter. Rommet var nytt, moderne, romslig og veldig rent, og vi trivdes godt med selve hotellet. Vi hadde bestilt et Deluxe dobbeltrom med balkong og delvis sjøutsikt, og betalte ekstra for dette. Dessverre ble vi skuffet. Balkongen var svært liten, og et vegghengt tørkestativ tok opp mye av plassen. Det var presset inn to stoler og et lite bord, men det var i praksis ikke mulig å sitte der og nyte kvelden. Den delvise sjøutsikten ble også overskygget av utsikten rett ned på en bakgård med søppel. Vi følte derfor ikke at det var verdt å betale ekstra for balkong og delvis sjøutsikt. En annen skuffelse var frokosten. Vi valgte blant annet dette hotellet fordi frokost var inkludert, men utvalget og kvaliteten var såpass svak at vi endte opp med å spise frokost ute hver eneste dag. Alt i alt er dette et fint, rent og moderne hotell med en veldig god beliggenhet. Hadde balkongen levd opp til beskrivelsen og frokosten vært bedre, ville opplevelsen vært betydelig bedre.

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour. J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer, mais la vue donnait surtout sur un bâtiment en construction ou délaisser. On aperçoit à peine la plage et la chambre n’a aucun ensoleillement. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant : peu de choix, qualité médiocre et, si vous arrivez un peu tard, il ne reste pratiquement plus rien. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Väldigt trevligt och fint hotell med sköna sängar och mysiga rum. Trevlig personal och bra städat. Väldigt nära 2 " privata" stränder. Varav den ena kan man smita in och lägga en handduk på, och gå ner för ett snabbt kvälls/morgondopp. Enda jobbiga är backen till och frpn hotellet. Glöm inte att hälsa på dom söta små sköldpaddorna.

Simplesmente maravilhoso . Afastado da bagunça . Hotel super novo , a limpeza me surpreendeu . Viajei por mais de um mês , fiquei em vários hotéis e nenhum tem o serviço de limpeza diária como esse . Minhas toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias . Lençóis sempre limpo e cheiroso . Água quente , cama maravilhosa , a vista e simplesmente espetacular, bom café da manhã , atendimento excelente , caminhando chega ao centrinho de sarande , próximo de vários restaurantes com preços bem melhores que no centrinho . Super indico com certeza voltado a Sarande ficaria lá novamente .
