Room clean. Good air con. A lot of compromises like bed with only one access side, no fridge and no safety box. But gain a lot I terms of location which is great Will I book this again? Maybe if money is short. If not, I will splurge a bit more to overcome the compromises, and find a nicer place. But all in all it was good enough

Very clean quiet room. Perfect for a “singlet”. Great location to the Covent Garden market. Very nice quiet church garden. Easy easy walk to Trafalgar Sq. Rushaii was very nice and helpful in the cafe. Overall very comfortable and a reasonable price for London!

The breakfast buffet was small but absolutely brilliant with omelet, porridge, toast and a few drinks. Coffee was good too with latte and cappuccinos. Staff was very helpful and friendly and never hesitated to help with questions or directions. We had a family room but it was possibly for a family of mice as it was one of the smallest ones I’ve seen. No place to place your bags and hard to move around more than one person at a time. The AC was awesome though and had no problem keeping the room cool and nice during the heatwave.

Our stay at the Z hotel was nothing close to relaxing! Ajit, was extremely rude to us and not helpful with our stay whatsoever. He quite literally made our stay so miserable and he crossed the line when he had us switch rooms. He informed us that checkout was at 11 and at 10:30 he knocked on our door and stood there waiting for us to get out…. Beyond unprofessional. The a/c in our room was also so bad. We slept every single night with no covers on of how hot it was. We did have an interaction with what I would assume is one of the night manager’s (I didn’t get his name) and he was so sweet and helpful. He did apologize for our experience with Ajit. Overall, the Z hotel was in a great location but they will never be seeing me again.

Tiny rooms. Twice I've stayed and both times there's no window. The room heating and cooling is always way off, but you can't turn it off because you'll get very stuffy. The bed are squished into the room, so tall people like me have to sleep bunched up. The TV is way too big and low resolution to be comfortable to watch. I also skipped breakfast because it does not cater for vegans very well (toast and cereal only). The beds are all very hard. I'm not used to that so it isn't a good night's sleep. Good shower, but it makes the room very humid and hot because it's so small. Not enough ventilation. I'll avoid it if I can.

As an American who likes air conditioned rooms, although it had air conditioning, it never was cool enough for me. Otherwise, I would give this hotel a 5 star rating . Location was outstanding, staff helpful, food and drink available in the lobby if you wanted a late night snack or glass of wine. For a no frills hotel , it was great. Rooms a little small but manageable.

Fantastic location and staff who let us drop off our bags early in the day before our room was ready. Upon arrival in the evening our bags were already in our room. Room itself was perfect for a 1 night stay in central London. No frills but also very modern thought out design with everything you need. Highly recommended

Room really has only the very basics and very little space. Bathroom wall is see through. That being said, if you're really only planning to sleep and wash in the room, it's a great fit. And you can't beat the location! I would stay here again for the location and price alone.
