The staff was wonderful, especially when I went to let my boyfriend in the back door and I got locked out of my room, with dinner cooking. The manager on call at night came and let me in right away!

We finally got to our room around 11pm walked in and tv was on bed wasnt made and dirty wet towels in the bathroom. Our room hasn't been cleaned its as if someone was still in there. I called the number posted at the front desk and luckily someone came and assigned us a new room that had been cleaned. We weren't expecting that but at least the problem was solved.
