Location good. Pool ok - there's no shade to sit and relax by the pool. Room average, bed uncomfortable and sheets are low quality, not fitted to the bed. There's no kettle, must use a portable hot plate of you want warm water. For the price it's not sufficient.

Whilst the room itself was very nice, and the pool amazing, the stay was let down by several things - 1) The biggest issue was that only 1 key card is issued, with a non-refundable 50 Real being charged for a second card. This is unacceptable for a room with 2 guests who want to come and go independently (note the wall slot to operate the room lights and aircon needs this specific card - you can't even leave another random card in the slot and go out with the key). I've travelled a lot and never ever have I come across a hotel that charges for a 2nd key. 2) Reception tried to force us to wear a wristband for our stay, saying it was mandatory. Why? We're not staying in a resort or at a music festival. It's just an apart-hotel. We ripped ours off and had no issues. It was uncomfortable, it would create a white band on the skin if you're sunbathing, it clearly marks out where you're staying to any undesirable, and also would look massively out of place if you're attending a formal event. 3) The lifts were very slow - on a couple of occasions we waited over 10mins. 4) The room itself was nice enough, but there was no hook or rail at all in the bathroom for towels? Only 1 toilet roll was provided too. 5) The mini-market is self service, but only usable if you're Brazilian as it requires a CPF number to register. As a foreigner I couldn't buy anything (eg much needed water). This could be a great place but it has some crazy policies that mean we felt very unwelcome.

"Experiência impecável! O estúdio é extremamente limpo, muito bem decorado, confortável e conta com tudo o que precisamos para uma estadia perfeita. A anfitriã foi muito gentil e prestativa.O atendimento da equipe do hotel foi nota 10 do check-in ao check-out. O espaço é super aconchegante, a cama é maravilhosa e estava tudo extremamente limpo e organizado. A cozinha compacta é super funcional, o Wi-Fi funcionou perfeitamente e o ar-condicionado. Fica em uma região excelente, perto de tudo, ficar hospedado em frente à orla de Maceió fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem,que facilitou muito os nossos passeios e jantares a pé. O grande destaque, sem dúvida, é a área do terraço: a piscina é maravilhosa e a vista lá de cima é simplesmente espetacular, ideal para curtir o fim de tarde. Com certeza voltaremos em uma próxima viagem! Recomendo de olhos fechados para casais ou viajantes solo."

O apartamento é amplo, lindo, limpo, super organizado e completo, fica num prédio maravilhoso e a localização é excelente. Adoramos a estadia e com certeza indico e ficaria de novo nessa hospedagem incrível. Único ponto falho foi a comunicação antes da chegada , ficaram de mandar WhatsApp com as informações e não mandaram, então quando cheguei a recepcionista perguntou o apartamento que me Indicaram e eu não sabia porque o contato que ficaram de fazer via WhatsApp não foi feito. Pelo que informaram aqui, um problema da equipe responsável local, porque a que responde aqui no site foi sempre eficiente e prontamente respondeu quando precisei. Como sugestão, Para o apartamento ficar perfeito (porque ele é praticamente perfeito), eu só trocaria o chuveiro, tiraria o chuveiro de plástico e colocaria um bom chuveiro Com pressão forte para ficar de acordo com a sofisticação do apê, que, tirando isso, é impecável.
