The staff was never around nor was the room cleaned at any point. Even the waste basket was not emptied before I got my room. Not sure if this is normal. Also no bed just a mattress. But convenient location and quiet.

急遽仕事でシルバーウィークの京都という、宿の取れない状況での宿泊が必要となり見つけたのがこちらのお宿でした。ほとんどドミトリーしか選択肢の無い中で、個室・風呂あり(贈る部屋)・立地良しという所で選ばせて頂きました。 よかった点としては五条駅から数分という素晴らしい立地(コンビニも数分のところにあります)、そして何より満足な設備、部屋が清潔だったところ。清掃は本当に申し分無し、という感じでした。部屋の設備も寝間着がないだけで、鏡やドライヤー、ティッシュ、タオルもありました。空調も問題なかったです。 いまいちな点としては、まずレイトチェックイン時にはホテルスタッフは無人となり、鍵がエントランスに放置となること(名前が書かれたメモ付)。エントランスは誰でも入れるので滅茶苦茶不安です。電話でご相談したところ、自分の分は『名前なし』『隠しておく』対応をいただけましたが、到着時には別部屋の方の鍵は名前付きで放置されてました。民泊もスタンダードになってきた状況では割とあることなのでしょうか？せめて番号付きキーボックスがあるといいのですが⋯。仕事用のパソコンなど盗られたら大問題になるので、寝るときは大事なものを布団の一番近くに置いて寝ました笑。 あとは部屋のドア下に隙間があり、廊下の声は基本“丸聞こえ”です。私は朝6時前にお子さんの元気な声でガッツリ起こされました⋯。耳栓がエントランスにあったので自衛しろということのようです。 贈る部屋以外は共同風呂・トイレなので朝夜関係なく廊下はかなり人の生き来があります。寝つき悪い人はしっかり準備してお泊まりください！ 仕事という状況だったのでかなりナーバスにならざるを得なかったのですが、家族旅行や友人との旅行なら部屋ごとの個性もあるし、ボードゲームも備え付けなので楽しいと思います。
