Hotel is brand new and amazing.. had all amenities and was very clean. Staff was great and provided excellent service specially by housekeeping guy, I forgot her name (person from Nepal). Will definitely stay here again. Worth every penny for the price paid.

Very disappointed. They checked me in a room at the 6th floor literally the next door was house keeping room. All night and early in the morning the housekeepers were too loud in the room moving things in and out the room. I was tired and couldn’t fall a sleep. The hotel is in a construction area and trucks are constantly moving around. Upon checking out I informed the Philippino guy on the reception and he seems he carless.

Hôtel, soi-disant neuf, Pendant que je prenne ma douche, le pommeau de douche s’est cassé et m’est tombé dessus, j’ai demandé un dédommagement auprès des responsables, ils m’ont menacé de contacter la police et de porter plainte car pour eux ce que je faisais est illégal alors que ce qu’il s’est passé est entièrement de la responsabilité ! S’il vous arrive quelque chose, ne vous attendez pas à vous faire par le personnel ni les responsables

Gute, saubere Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft war im großen und ganzen gut. Saubere und neue Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmerservice immer erreichbar. Einzig was gestört hat war, dass die Himmertüren einen großen Spalt unten haben und man alle Geräusche vom Flur oder Nachbarzimmer hört. Der Aufzug ist ebenfalls sehr laut wenn er betätigt wird. Was ich nicht verstanden habe ist, dass der Aufzug jedes mal wenn er betätigt wird ein „pieps“ Geräusch macht und das in jeder Etage, egal ob man den gerade ruft oder jemand anderes in einer anderen Etage. Es macht jedes mal alle 10sekunden das Geräusch, was genervt hat.
