This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress and projector screen was cool. The food available from the lobby restaurant was so good. Breakfast and dinner both available.

This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my entire trip to China and the spots I stayed at before this were all 4-5 star hotels. This place was just so cozy it had such a homey feel. The rooms were super clean, there was attention to detail like restocking water in the room everyday and the best thing was the staff. The girl at the front Jojo or 周燏嫣 was so helpful and kind. She was super knowledgeable about all the parks and went out of her way to help us map out the route for each park and even marked them on a physical map for us. Overall just such an amazing experience will definitely be coming back.

The host is super friendly and very attentive. She helped me a lot when I had trouble communicating with taxi drivers. She also helped me organize my itinerary and showed me the best places to visit. If I come back to China and Zhangjiajie, I would definitely stay here again.

Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of the day the food is 10 star I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fantastisk ophold - kan kun anbefale stedet! Hotellet er drevet af et ungt familiepar. Familien er de skønneste og dejligste mennesker. Utrolig varm og hjælpsom. Vi fik lov til at checke ind allerede kl 11 og de kørte os til Tianmen Mountain indgangen helt gratis. Morgenmaden er fantastisk dejlig og smagfuld. Det er a la carte, hvor de tilbeder det du vælger frisk. Udvalget er ok bredt og du kan vælge æg, æg med brød, fried rice med æg, brød, te og kaffe. Da vi checkede ud, tilbød de også helt gratis at køre os til Zhangjiajie West Station. Vi kan kun anbefale dette sted. Skynd dig at booke det. Det eneste vi fortryder er at vi kun var her 1 nat

Me encantó la experiencia que tuvimos en el hotel! Viaje solo con mi mamá y ella salió encantada. Súper acogedor, limpio y con una vista increíble a la puerta del cielo. Todos son súper amables, servicio del y al aeropuerto gratuito. Sin su ayuda nuestras excursiones no hubieran sido completas. Nos apoyaron a comprar boletos para el show e incluso nos llevaron y recogieron. La comida es casera y deliciosa. El café de lo mejor!! Sinceramente volvería a repetir este hotel! El personal es inigualable! Ha sido la estancia que más he disfrutado en mis vacaciones gracias a su hospitalidad, en verdad te hacen sentir como en casa, todo el tiempo están atentos a tus necesidades y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los noodles en las mañanas y el café, exquisitos! Habitación grande, de dos recámaras en dos pisos, con todos los servicios 6 vistas espectaculares al pie de la puerta al cielo.
