Recently stopped with my daughter and granddaughter. Hotel is so well located for easy access to many of Londons attractions. Our room was excellent everything you need. Fabulous value in central London, near to theatres shops, underground stations. Super friendly staff felt more like a coastal seaside guesthouse than a big city Hotel excellent night sleep as fire doors prevent sound from other rooms outside and hallways. Excellent breakfast options. Staff couldn’t have been any friendly and unhelpful. I’ll be back.

We had a very nice stay at the Marker Hotel. A group of 7 persons. Two mothers/aunts with totaly 5 grown up sons/nephews. The bathrooms were upgraded. The beds looked new and clean. English breakfast. AC in the rooms, which was great as this was summer time and up to 28 C. Walking distance to West End. If you can have a typical small old London hotel without seats in the lobby, this might probably be one of the best choices.

We throughly enjoyed our stay for one night due to seeing a show in the West End, felt safe & secure with having 24 hour front door bell security, lady on Reception was really pleasant & helpful, room was lovely, we stayed in a triple room number 9, spacious & very clean, coffee & fruit teas & toiletries in the wash room provided including hand wash, hair & body wash & conditioner smelt lovely, shops & eateries just round the corner, will definitely return, continental & full English provided, very tasty!!

Wonderful staff, great breakfast and a lovely treat to have a backyard available - with squirrel! However, we struggled with an overheated room for most of our stay, and the aircon was unreliable. Despite our complaints this wasn't fixed until the last day. If this hadn't occurred it would be 4 stars for sure.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was nicely presented if not a little outdated but that didn't impact the stay. Situated in a good location not far from Euston train station and close to the underground. Only fault was we were put in a room facing the road outside and the windows weren't sufficient to stop the noise of traffic which did disrupt our sleep.

A good variation of restaurants close by, plus an i ternational food market on Tuesdays & Thusdays in amongst the university buildings plus a tidy little park to sit out and eat if the weather is good. Waterstones book & coffee shop is opposite the hotel. Walking distance to the British Museaum.
