The price was excellent but the service was not. The staff were polite but provided poor service. Examples: my mother asked for a kettle to boil water in our room everyday and night for 3 days before one was provided. The kettle was dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and it did not work after they cleaned it. We were told to hand in our key before we go out if we wanted “room cleaning”. We handed in our key, went out for 4-5 hours and found that nobody had cleaned the room before we came back (they did so after we returned while we were in the room). Surprisingly, I would still recommend the place because of the price and location.
