10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was very clean and was very pleased about that. I felt very comfortable staying there, but sometimes people hanging out outside smoking not a good look to the front of the hotel. Lots of places to eat walking distance.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean room with plenty of amenities. It would be nice to have a place to wait for check in when your international flight arrives so early in the morning. I thought it was strange that you're not able to see the TV when lying in bed.

10/10 Exceptional

Modern efficiency, clean, comfortable room.

We wanted a location close to the Santiago Bernabéu and a friend saw this. Transaction was pretty much without human intervention. Check in, coded room number sent to you just before check in time, click a link on an email to check out. The apartment is fully fitted out with a kitchenette, modern appliances. If i had one small criticism it would be it was a little small. I was by myself so it wasn’t an issue, but if the wife was there and shopping as she normally does we may have struggled! Very clean, great location for the football, and really easy. I’d use them again.

A comfortable stay at a more reasonable price compared with nearby hotels. A supermarket and a cafe are nearby.

Really good Only hiccup was that I booked two rooms for me and a friend and they messaged me under my friends name which was confusing. But we sorted it easily enough

2/10 Poor

Communication from hotel terrible. Don’t expect to get your email with check in on time. You have to remind them to send information several times. They claim email went to spam but I received 40 minutes later into my regular email. Remember there is no one at front door to check you in. I have tried this place 2 times and will never stay there again.
