O ponto mais relevante dessa estadia é a localização que fica atrás do shopping patio paulista. Gosto muito desse shopping. Os funcionários também são solícitos. O café da manhã poderia melhorar as frutas. A limpeza também é boa. O prédio poderia ser mais reformado. No geral gosto bastante. Já hospedei quatro vezes nesse hotel.

Hotel conta com uma localização boa, quartos ok, cama boa, chuveiro excelente, café da manhã básico mas de boa qualidade. Única coisa ruim foi que só conseguimos entrar às 14h em ponto, de resto cumpre com o prometido. Vá se vc não procura luxo e precisa de um lugar só para banhar e dormir bem.

Reservei o quarto com 02 camas separadas sendo 01 de casal por hóspede idosa. Além desta primeira reclamação não ter sido atendida houve vários problemas durante a hospedagem como: lençóis de camas já usados, café da manhã servido em lugar sem estrutura e talheres suficientes para todos os hóspedes, má higiene dos quartos e das roupas de cama. Má educação dos funcionários com trato dos hóspedes e sem desejo de resolução das queixas apresentadas, preço do estacionamento não correspondente ao do site de reserva (R$ 25,00 no site e R$30,00 reais cobrados por dia).
