The condo itself was clean and generally as described, but unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several issues.
On the day we checked in, someone came to the condo and served a 5-day notice for non-payment of rent. Receiving what appeared to be an eviction notice at the door made us, and especially our children, feel very uncomfortable. We ended up checking out two nights early because we no longer felt at ease staying at the property.
Before check-in, communication was also frustrating. We received numerous repetitive messages with instructions and requests, and several times we were asked to provide information that had already been submitted. It made the check-in process feel unnecessarily cumbersome.
The couch was also extremely uncomfortable, with hard lumps or bumps throughout it that made it unpleasant to sit on. If you plan to cook, be aware that the kitchen is stocked with only very basic supplies, so you may need to bring or purchase items you would normally expect in a vacation rental.
