Cleanliness was lacking, sheets were stained, place smelled of cigarettes, any time you open the fridge, you get a waft of durian. The photos look much nicer than what we ended up with. Host was fairly responsive. This is not a hotel, but it is one of the Landmark buildings near 81. There is no reception when you get to the building, you communicate with them via WhatsApp. You are given one toilet roll per bathroom only, and no hand soap. Sheets looked discoloured (perhaps just old). Overall I would not recommend this place - book a real hotel.
