When we arrived, there was no shower curtain, limited towels provided. We have to request hand towels. The bathtub is about 21/2 ft tall that we have to climb in and out with no handhold. It is not handicapped and elderly friendly. Spacious kitchen with basic pot/pan, silverware,etc., It has washing machine in the unit, but no English instruction. TV channel has only CNN available, it is not friendly for someone who could not understand Vietnamese language. The staff tried their best to accommodate us setting the Netflix TV in English caption to no success. Safe neighborhood and accessible to restaurants and stores.
