Experience here is exceptional. Samuel and Lisa are very friendly, welcome, and willing to help guests for most of things such as shopping, grocery, metro access, local sim card, delivery and many more. We are so satisfied with our stay. We can get very delicious breakfast and dinner in mall which is next to the building. We can take train or didi so easily. I will come back here if i stay in shanghai.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this place again. Lisa met us when we arrived, which made us feel safe and welcome, and she personally showed us to our room. There was bottled water for our first few days, laundry detergent for the washing machine, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and the city center nearby. The metro station is less than a 2-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around. Communication with Lisa was always quick and helpful, and any questions were resolved immediately. It was also very easy for taxi drivers to find the property. If we return, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
