Not sure how hotel.com give this place a 10. There was no hot water. There was one roll of tp. There was a syringe in the back parking lot while I was walking my dog.

Microwave extremely dirty. Covered in old food. Toilet not cleaned. Shower barely worked. Not enough outlets. Couldn’t use microwave and refrigerator at same time. Was a handicap room with no furniture. Just a bed and small nightstand. Didn’t request a handicap room.

Unprofessional taunting staff which they’ll go into gaslight mode over. Lots of seemingly criminally oriented people around. The room was rather clean and spartan; but they really could have at least provided an actual blanket. The lack of hot water for showers was also not just substandard but really insulting to the consumer. Lots of harrassment while I tried to relax in my room. If I had complained during my staff, either about the abusive employees or the deranged people harrassing me in my room; they would have kicked me out and said I was mentally ill. That approach to guest safety; which is the norm in hotels is also really insulting to the consumer.

Very old motel, could be better if it was clean. Not one hanger in the room, 1/4 roll of toilet. Asked at the desk for hangers and TP. No table to set things on, no chair to sit or also put things on. Two stiff towels, 2 small lumpy pillows. In the morning we ran the water for 15 min to get hot. We also had other guests create a disturbance, but the manager shut it down. I have no idea how it got the rating it shows.
