Recepção inadequada, maus entendidos referentes a reserva não foram esclarecidos com cordialidade. Quarto limpo e organizado, mas televisão tinha sinal instável. Areas comuns demonstravam desmazelo com folhas jogadas, teias de aranha e itens danificados ou ausentes. Em todas as 6 refeições houveram não conformidades, como prato principal chegar antes da entrada, erro no ponto da carne, itens frios, buffet sem identificação, pouca variedade no café da manhã. Um ou outro membro da equipe parecia se preocupar com a estadia dos hóspedes, me senti constantemente como se estivesse pedindo favores. Fui na espectativa de comer bem, andar no barco a remo com esposa que comemorava aniversário e filha pequena, alem de jogar tênis, mas fiquei decepcionado nas refeições, os barcos estavam indisponíveis e não havia equipamento adequado para jogar tênis. Enfim, não realizei nenhuma de minhas vontades. Era a segunda vez que me hospedo, mas desta vez não guardei o desejo de voltar.

A piscina estava com o aquecimento excelente, já a jacuzzi estava com a temperatura baixa. Tentamos aumentar mais a mesma não alterava a temperatura. O quarto estava limpo.
