Staff was great, hotel rooms are tired and worn, especially for the price, but of course not visible in booking photos. The lobby is maintained well so booking photos looked great. The room was clean, but the sofa bed was having some damage already like the stains and a cut, one of the bed light was hanging by the wire and not working, this could be fire or electrical shock hazard If not fixed immediately. Spoke to one of the staff about it and I hope they fix it asap. Other than that staff was very polite and helpful, I could also get some milk from the holiday inn bar for my daughter when the supermarket was closed for the day as it was late night we checked in.
