This is an older hotel, but it’s been very well maintained and kept impeccably clean. The location is perfect, with direct access to the trendy K11 building in Tsim Sha Tsui, which was a big plus. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and Moon, the housekeeping staff member in charge of my room, took exceptional care of it throughout my stay with thoughtful attention to detail. From my harbor view room, I could comfortably enjoy the nightly laser show from Hong Kong Island. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Metro and shopping area. The shopping mall K11 is part of the hotel block. There are many restaurants nearby, depending upon your taste. The hotel also offers very nice venues for dining. Guests get 40% discount. We'd come back to stay here next time we come to Hong Kong.

Location is excellent! K11 mall directly below hotel and also MTR station. Lots of eateries around. Harbour is just 5 mins walk away. Only thing I didn’t get a good harbour view from room. Service from concierge is excellent. Only thing properly need to change is the hair dryer. Still using the big and heavy VS hairdryer. Prefer lighter and smaller easy to use. Sound proofing is good as I am a light sleeper. Pillow can be better as it’s a little too soft. I will be back to stay in this hotel when visit HK again.
