This is your typical aging roadside motel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

Older motel type place but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice pool and mini golf offered. Cute town. Breakfast nice continental style but offer plenty of choices.

Very clean no-frills motel. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area, the hotel owner was super friendly and gave us two complementary games of putt putt which my son loved and made to stay very enjoyable.

Wally is an excellent host, I spent 5 days here, no issues, at all - Breakfast offering was meager but served the purpose well.... Amenities were exactly as advertised, highly recommend - I am a real person -

This was a throwback to the motels I used to visit when I was growing up. It was clean well maintained and reasonably priced.

Clean room and helpful staff. We were a bit put off by the large spots in the carpet. It appeared to have been cleaned but I would suggest replacement. Breakfast was pleasant with a separate room for dining. We were surprised that it was a motel, we were not expecting that and it was not clear in the property description.

This is a humble independent motel that strives to please. The furnishings are dated but the rooms are spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Basic toiletries are supplied. Breakfast is s a true continental breakfast with mostly cereal, toast, and pastry offerings, with the addition of hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. The proprietor is super friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to use either the pool or mini-golf areas, but they look inviting.

Must Stay! The owner, Wally, takes great care of his guests and property. The breakfast is healthy unlike big hotel chain waffle yuck! Gary, the groundskeeper, keeps immaculate care of the pool and lawn. You'll be so Blessed! Can't wait to return!!!

We recently spent 3 nights. The property is well kept, clean and maintained. There is a clear sense of pride in this Motel and making sure the guests are comfortable. Thank you Wally for your hospitality!!

We stayed one night when we were going to Wind Cave National Park. It is an older, refurbished motel that is maintained very well. The host was very friendly, and the continental breakfast had quite a variety compared to other “continental breakfasts” I’ve had. If you need just a night or two in this part of the Black Hills, I would recommend this place.

Old school style motel. The room was small. but comfortable and clean. I was able to park right in front of my room. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well cared for. The owner was friendly and helpful. Typical breakfast. My only complaint was that there was no hair dryer.
