The place is really comfortable and perfectly located, just a short distance from the Pyramids and right across from the Grand Egyptian Museum. What makes it special is the staff — they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. They gave us great ideas of what to do around Giza, helped us order Ubers, and even guided food delivery drivers when they had trouble finding the place. Breakfast is the same every day, but it’s tasty, filling, and very typical of Egypt. The area itself is quiet and feels quite local, though there’s not much to do nearby and it can look a bit sketchy at night — we never had any issues though. Because it’s close to a main road, there’s a bit of noise at night, but it didn’t really bother us. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and the restaurant, priced in USD, was worth it. They even prepared us dinner after closing when we arrived late. The best part: the view of the GEM and the distant Pyramids. We really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend it!

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were the highlight, in which nothing was too difficult for them and they were always there for whatever we needed. In particular Alaa, Ahmed and Youssef were amazing and made us feel extra special. The location is excellent if you want a view of the Pyramids of Giza which we had a lovely room right in front of them and also the new Grand Egyptian Museum. Breakfast was a traditional Egyptian breakfast which was good, a lot of food and you can ask them for anything else you would like. The room itself was really nice, with a modern feel. Large balcony directly facing the pyramids and GEM. Note - keep your expectations in check when visiting Cairo. Almost every building in the entire city is run down or partially ruined, so finding a hotel like this was a great find. The hotel also seems like it is undergoing more upgrades which will make it even nicer I’m sure.

We showed up at the hotel early morning after an all night train and they were able to find us an upgraded room with a great view. Fantastic breakfast and they even gave us a departing gift. Our best stay in Egypt!

Loved the service and our room. The team was incredibly hospitable, helpful and friendly. The room was newly decorated and it was a great quality. The shower was huge and water was warm. The balcony was incredibly lovely with an amazing view of the pyramids.

We were treated like family during our stay. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and we reserved a quadruple room. Room was very spacious with nice views of pyramids and new museum. Breakfast was excellent and every staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place 5 stars all around.

This property has amazing views and kind friendly staff. The location is not on a Main Street, therefore arranged transportation is required daily. The food is also great here. The tour options should be explained a bit better, but overall it’s worth every dollar spent here.

All the staff were incredibly kind, making it a comfortable and worry-free stay even with children. The hot water pressure in the shower was excellent. The highlight of our stay was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop while gazing at the pyramids—it was absolutely fantastic. They also arranged transportation for us to travel from Giza to Alexandria, and their after-service support was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at New Museum Guest House Pyramid View were so accommodating during our trip to Giza and made us feel very safe! Perfect location for seeing the pyramids and the breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful. The hotel staff were helpful in arranging transportation anywhere we needed, including free pickup from the airport upon arrival. Will definitely stay again on my return trips to Cairo!!

The staff are super helpful, the room was spacious. and clean, I liked the open-air rooftop seating area. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel is not good. I booked this hotel online because I thought I would be able to walk to the Grand Egyptian Museum. Not possible. There is a six-lane highway between the hotel and GEM, with no pedestrian overpass. Guests have to take taxis or Ubers. The taxi drivers rip you off--even though you are a 5-minute drive from the museum. Also, the area around the hotel is not suitable for strolling. There are no shops nearby, just a highway off-ramp, so I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Reham who made our stay a pleasure. Always happy to help us in any way he could. Beautiful hotel in such a great area over looking to the grand museum and pyramids. I would recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay with staff who go above and beyond for their guests. Also, the restaurant is gorgeous with stunning views.

Booked this for proximity to the Grand Egyptian museum and the pyramids. Room was upgraded which was lovely, but the thing that’s got the 5 stars is how amazing all the staff were, especially Alec. Also breakfast was unbelievable, way too much for me to eat, but I took the falafels and fruit with me both days for lunch. We will be back when the GEM opened the rest of the galleries, and I would book again. The roof terrace is fab.
