Thanks to the hotel guest, we had the opportunity to early check-in. Comfort in the room was a bit disappointing, compared to the beautiful pictures posted on the web (small room, curtain fixation missing). It was too warm in the room (25°C, had to open window, AC was not functioning).

We arrived late at night and the lady at check in was friendly and quick. We got up to our room which we quickly realised hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest.... so we went back downstairs and they gave us a new room. The new room was cleaned but in a worse condition - it was a disabled room so no shower curtain/bath/etc, we were only given 1 towel between 2, the air conditioner didn’t really work at all, and there was a strange smell in the room. We probably wouldn’t stay here again, although it was super convenient being right next to the bus stop & train station.

Though the hotel faces the train station my room (in back, overlooking a garden) was silent and I got a great night’s sleep. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful when I checked in. The physical property is spartan but clean and the price was very good. Walk to my train in 5 min.

a bargain with caring staff and comfort.
Right across from the train station. Very good location. Main town just a walk up the street. Hotel looks very plain but the staff was exceptional. Breakfast is delicious, reasonable and ample. My only suggestion would be to change out the old carpets and replace with Vinyl flooring for increased cleanliness. The hotel itself is clean, cared for and comfortable

We had a quick stop in Toulouse, got the bus from the airport to the train station & a very short walk to the hotel. It was very convenient. The hotel is old as is a lot of hotels in Europe but it was clean & the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It’s a short walk to the city centre where we ate dinner & looked around. For the price I think it was great value.

Stay one night as we explored Toulouse. Good location close to the bus and train station. Easy walk to downtown and sites. No coffee or tea in the room but offer breakfast for an additional charge.

Best Cutomer Service!
My stay at Hotel d'Orsay was excellent! The customer service was most efficient and most helpful. The nighttime receptionist was most helpful in providing us the best directions to go to a historical monument. He even suggested for us to see certain places to visit since they were on the way. He also helped us get hot water for our store-bought cup noodles. He made our stay most relaxing and most welcoming. The lady receptionist during the day was equally helpful. She just brightened our morning that day! The room was clean. The bed was comfy. I had a wonderful time! I will certainly go back to this hotel when I go back to Toulouse.
