6/10 Good

Everything was okay but the were no curtains in my room!! All I had was a sunshade and the parking lot light was directly in my room . They wanted me to move out the next day into another room but that would have been such a hassle, so just I endured the inconvenience for 2 nights. Breakfast was sus!! I lowered my standards but will not be doing that again!!!

2/10 Poor

Overall what makes an excellent stay is how comfortable the bed is and if the television works. This hotel had neither. I have stayed in other Sonesta properties and they were excellent. I will not be returning to this one and will not recommend my family nor friends stay.

When we were checking in, staff was outside smoking with some of the residents. Understandable, since you can't smoke inside. The staff don't wear uniforms, but was nice. A cute cat was in the lobby. The breakfast is just eggs and hashbrowns. Went to a function to get back and find out the elevator was down and we were on the 3rd floor. The staff was helpful with making the transition to the 1st floor. The room was clean. Seen a dead roach, better than alive I guess...seems room may have been exterminated. Overall, a good stay...somewhere to lay our heads.

Fernanda was very sweet and friendly! The room Itself smelled like chlorox. It was suffocating. Also the toilet didn’t flush, the sink runs and doesn’t turn off, there are holes in the comforter and walls. It just didn’t feel like a pleasant place to stay.
