The staff were the highlight of our stay. Most of the team, especially the reception staff, were very helpful, polite, and always willing to assist, which made a positive difference to our experience.
The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay, reliable and fast enough for work and streaming without any issues.
The outdoor pools were enjoyable and well maintained. However, there were many children using the facilities during our stay, so it was difficult to find a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere around the pool areas.
One thing future guests should be aware of is that the photographs on the website appear to present the property in a more impressive way than it feels in reality. The images seem to have been taken professionally, and in our experience, the hotel did not quite match the expectations created by the photos.
The interiors are very minimal and lacked character. The overall service was acceptable, but I would describe it as average rather than exceptional for a hotel of this category.
