Everything We Needed
For a budget hotel, this one had all we wanted and needed! Clean comfortable room with small refrigerator and microwave and nice big flat screen TV. Pool and jacuzzi also available. Free wifi and free parking. And complementary hot breakfast as well! The service was great too!

Unfriendly and inconsiderrate staff.
Front desk clerk has zero customer service skills. Upon check in I was asked to sign a credit card charge for $100 for Room Damages. It did not state Deposit, so I questioned the charge. I was then told I was not allowed to write the word "Deposit" on the document as the document gives the impression that I am authorizing a charge for Damages to the Room. Really? If it is a deposit, then it should state deposit. I dont trust this hotel.

Convenient location between Glendale and Pasadena near Occidental College (a pleasant walking neighborhood and campus). Clean, well maintained, decent value. Breakfast offerings are middle of the road, but something offered will be acceptable for most people.

Easy decision, would stay here again
Great hotel all around. Close drive to universal studios, little Tokyo. Good restaurants close by like original Tommy’s. Heated hot tub(in November). The room was very clean. Everything looked nearly new. Great water pressure in the shower, really refreshing.
