Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is right across the street from the JR station. Room was relatively small with just enough space for my luggage and to move around. The bathroom is a step up so be careful. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Amazing hotel. Friendly stafff. Rooms are small but were were there to see Tokyo not stay in a room! Hotel is super easy access underground to Nagano station and in the center of it all.
