Many activities to do if you have kids...pool..bean bags game...kayaking...mini golf...tenis...basketball....we went and it was a little cold to go into the pool or beach...so the extra activities were a big plus!. Very welcoming staff. Service was amaizing.

This resort had plenty of amenities to accommodate just about anyone! Yard games, kayaks, paddle boards, sport court, bicycles, grills, outdoor pizza oven, and plenty of space right on the beach! Also was able to find a nice handful of shark teeth!

After arrivng at the resort, we were very pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and kindness. The apartment was at an exceptional level, as was the service. With so many amenities this resort is one of the best we have visited so far. We will definitely recommend Mansota Key Resort to the others, and we will be back soon.

we had booked a condo facing the beach. it was quite dirty when we arrived. We were given the option of a three bedroom house. it was fine and we enjoyed the fire pit; but were disappointed that it was on the bay and not the beach.Alll staff were very accommodating.

The resort is beautiful, right on the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The rooms are very nice with living area and kitchenette. Many of the rooms are direct beach access. They offer free use of kayaks or paddle boards and there are pickleball courts and cornhole and ping pong tables available. That said they need to light these areas at night so they can be used after dark. The guest laundry is free. They have a small grill open only til 7 with canned beer and wine but would have loved a bar with blender drinks and cocktails and opened later. Restaurants are available about a mile away but are very busy every evening. The beach is wonderful with lots of seating options and umbrellas/cabanas. Very family friendly. The days we were there unfortunately there was quite an undertow and the waves knocked people down a lot trying to get in and out of the water unless you were able to time it just right. The hotel has free boogie boards as well that helps. The only other minor complaint is they should provide each room with a broom and dustpan or small vacuum as there is no way not to track in sand daily, and there is no daily housekeeping. If you want a quiet place to enjoy the beach or kayak away from the crowds I would definitely recommend the Manasota Key resort. Staff were all very helpful as well.

The resort itself is super cute and boutique style. We loved our 2 bedroom oceanfront vacation rental. The resort offers free use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks. There is a limited menu food option onsite and a store for items. The beach bar was a nice to have. Overall we enjoyed our week here and would recommend.

This place is great, staff, beach, property itself. This is my first time in this side of the state and trust me, it is worthy. If you are looking for and scape getaway, couples or family, this is the place. Kim is great, quite responsive and helpful. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
