The location is great, within walking distance to a lot of places. The front desk Karl Magdala is very friendly and helpful by greeting us, showing us the room, and giving us an orientation of the room. He also tried his best to answer our questions and even bringing us a written information to our room.
The breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties. But the Mandarin Grill and Bar restaurant is a little bit disappointed with only “course” meals.
The overall room service is good. The only disappointment is that a bed sheet was forgotten to be put under the cover one day, and we did not notice it until we were about to go to bed. We had to wait for 30 minutes before someone could bring it to our room.
